Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Items that are final sale, damaged by misuse, or returned outside the 30-day window are not eligible.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges We currently process exchanges as a return and new order. Initiate a return as described above and place a new order for the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
